Haha.. I learnt how to make the choc mousse a few days ago.. erm.. not very success as I don't have mixer in my house.. So, I unable to whip the egg white until very foamy.. However, the taste was nice.. And it taste like icecream if u freeze it.. The surface was not very smooth as I blended them... hehe..

Well.. doesn't matter.. my fren said.. 失败是成功的妈妈！！may try it again next time..

p/s: thanx to ky and hc -- became my machine (mixer) :)
